We provide storage lockers for all loose articles prior to entering the Zero Latency arena. Please note that Zero Latency is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

This is an active experience so please make sure you wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear (ie. no high heels). We also recommend not wearing mascara as it can smudge the lens and impact your experience.

We strongly recommend wearing contact lenses for the experience, as our headsets will not fit large frames due to limited space between the eyes and VR lenses.  Most glasses, however, will fit under the headset.  Check out this link to see if yours will fit:

Every part of the system is designed to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality systems.

Since changing our headsets in November 2016, 0.02% of our players have pulled out due to motion sickness.

No. We have in-game safety mechanisms and a Game Master to prevent that from happening. It is up to you to pay attention and follow all instructions at all times to remain safe.

The space is nearly 200 square meters. The virtual space is much larger however, and we reuse the space with some nifty tricks we have developed.

Yes!  The Activityplex has plenty of parking spaces, but should you arrive to a full parking lot we have an overflow parking lot North of the building at the raquetball club.  Turn onto Dillon Road across from the Activityplex and you’ll spot it on the right!

In order to participate, all participants must be at least 10 years of age.  We can accommodate younger groups as low as Age 10, but this must be booked as a private sessions.  Email us at info@zerolatencyburlington.com

You must be able to walk through the play area without any assistance. Individuals whose sight is reduced in one eye can also play.

Players who show up for their game while under the influence of alcohol will not be able to play. No refunds or credits will be offered under these circumstances.

For your safety, individuals with the following medical conditions will not be able to participate in the experiences we offer:

• Epilepsy and similar seizures.
• Deafness or severe loss of hearing.
• Broken arm or leg.
• Individuals in wheelchairs.

Cancellation and No-Show

• If you must cancel, we will be pleased to change your session time or rebook your reservation with a minimum of 48 hours notice (for parties of 8 or less). For changes to bookings for groups larger than 8 people, as well as for corporate events we require a minimum of 7 days notice.

If we need to cancel your session

• Zero Latency Burlington reserves the right to cancel your session without notice. Rest assured that this will only happen in case of unplanned maintenance, malfunction or any event beyond our control. In case of such an unforeseen event, we will reschedule your session at our earliest mutual convenience.

At Zero Latency Burlington, we appreciate your enthusiasm for our virtual reality experiences and understand that unforeseen delays may occur. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all our customers, we have established a late policy for pre-booked VR sessions. Unless booking a private event, your booking may contain other players who have boked into your session or vice versa so please try your best to arrive 10 minutes early to complete the sign-in form and the briefing.

For groups arriving 5 minutes late, we’ll issue a courtesy call to remind them of their booking time. Subsequently, they have an additional 5 minutes to arrive; otherwise, their reservation will be canceled or rescheduled due to our commitment to maintaining a timely schedule with our limited play space.

Arriving 15 minutes late or beyond, without prior notification, will lead to an automatic cancellation of the session. We encourage rescheduling, but refunds will not be provided.

Absolutely!  Our headsets fit children as young as 10 but they may struggle with the weight of the controller after 30 minutes of continuous gameplay.  We prefer to limit birthday parties to private sessions only.  Email us at info@zerolatencyburlington.com so we can help plan your private event and block off the time for you.
